Being a skills based individual, Andrew has always pursued areas where he could apply his technical skills and abilities in design and support. Andrew's professional track record represents his professional interests in the study and application of electronics and electrical engineering. He has participated in all areas in design, testing, purchasing, supply chain that involve the design and production of custom products and equipment. Andrew's academic track record represents his passion in the skill and ability of communication. Because his background is technical, the graduate studies in Technical Communication fit.
One growth area that Andrew is excited about is publishing more articles. Andrew started writing newsletter articles for his special interests group, Policy and Procedures under the professional organization, the Society for Technical Communication. After a year of informative interviews with experts in B2B publications and the electrical utility industry, Andrew's next goal is to publish an article for a B2B magazine for subject-matter-expert. He has written about Interviewing, RoHS compliance, Standard Operating Procedures.
Being a skills based individual in the technical world who remains curious about his environment, Andrew’s interest translates to the outdoors. Andrew has a passion for skiing and is known to telemark ski in the Idaho backcountry, and backpack in the Sawtooth Wilderness. Although the natural beauty of the outdoors will always be an interest, Andrew finds himself exploring the exciting world of single living after a fulfilling long relationship. He now has opportunity to explore new areas like the culture amenities offered in cities.
